Returns (Test)

It is our goal to always make you happy with your order. If upon delivery the product does not meet your expectations, it is possible to return your order. Please read our return instructions and policy below.

STEP 1

Submit your return in our return portal and print the return label
Please note: place ‘#’ in front of your order number

Pack the items and provide the package with the return label

STEP 3
Drop off the package at the selected parcel point

STEP 4
You will receive your refund on your bank account within 10 working days after we received your return

Free returns, except for promotions. During promotions return costs are €3,95.
Goods can be returned within 30 days of your order delivery.
We will not refund any costs of delivery.
If upon delivery your order seems to be incorrect and doesn’t match to your order confirmation, we will also refund the costs of delivery. If this occurs, please contact us.
Exchanging an order is possible by returning the order and placing a new order.
Goods should be in its original condition – new, unworn and unaltered with all original tags attached.
SEABASS reserves the right to deny or reduce a refund if the goods do not meet the above requirements.
